Topical Antiandrogens And Mild Chest Pains?

I recently started spironolactone 2% and have had mild chest ache which i also had with ru58841

Am i screwed in this area as i don't know whats going on but they clearly seem to be having some negative effect?

I also noticed this with RU, but only every so often, maybe try lowering the dosage and see if things improve.
