Hi,

I am 24 years old. I have a total diffuse alopecia because I took Prozac, Risperidone, Concerta at very high dose during 14 years. No person in my family have a alopecia. It's not a Androgenetic Alopecia.
I lost 98% of my density and my hair are extremely miniaturized. Fall, miniaturization, itching never ceased. It's so speed. I will be completely bald before 2017, it's sure. It's a nightmare.

I have try all treatment: Nizoral, Finasteride, minoxidil, T-gel, ratio-topisone, ratio-amcinonide, etc. These treatments are not effective for me.

I try Tofac 50mg in DMSO since 6th july but the dosage, the mix and the vehicule are really not good. I want to try the Tofac cream of Chemistry Rx Philadelphia:

But they want not to deliever the cream to Québec (Canada) and I need a prescription by a US dermatologist only. It’s very complicated for me.

Are there a trusted person here who would like to contact me privately to help me get the cream? A person living in the United States near Philadelphia, which would fetch a prescription from a US dermatologist , who would run the Chemistry Rx buy the cream. Of course , I will refund the price of cream and the delivery Philadelphia-Québec.

Thank you.
William

This is confusing. Can you explain in more detail?

-what do you mean "total diffuse alopecia"? do you have DUPA?
- I understand medications can cause hair loss. How did they cause complete miniaturization of your healthy hair? Are you STILL on these medications? If you stop them, do you think your hair will regrow?
- Was this diagnosed by a doctor?

No. my hair never regrow. I stopped all medication in march 2014, but the fall continued and the hair never ceased to fall and miniaturized with unbearable itching each day. I see that my hair change in 2010-2011 but I was not scared because I had very much hair, but in 2013-2014, I see a big change in density and thinless of my hair. All my hair in all my head are heathly. It's a disater.

DUPA? Sorry, my english is very bad. I don't understand all. Explain me please.

Thank you for reply
William

Sorry for what it happening to you, William.
Yet it's not gonna be easy to find someone do that for you. It is a lot of work and not completely regular.
I propose a different solution if I may.
Montreal-Philadelphia is 393 miles. Why don't you call the pharmacy and ask them about a Philadelphia derm who can visit you and prescribe the cream if need be and get there by train and get a nice stash in the same day if you think it is worth it?

Dear William, We are unable to tell you for certain whether JAK inhibitors would be right for you. You would need to see a dermatology specialist in alopecia and they would determine if there is a good plan of action for you. There are many different ways of treating alopecia depending on what type you have and what you have tried so far, but we cannot recommend what treatment for you to use because we are not medical doctors.

My English is very bad. Same by translating with GoogleTranslate, I don't sure that I understand this: "Why don't you call the pharmacy and ask them about a Philadelphia derm who can visit you and prescribe the cream if need be and get there by train and get a nice stash in the same day if you think it is worth it?"

I can write to Chemistry Rx by Facebook to ask for see a dematologist in the same day that I run in bus/train for Philadelphia for buy the Tofac cream. The Chemistry Rx will can arrange a meeting with a dematologist near their pharmacy?

I understand well your proposal?

Well it is more of an idea rather than a proposal!
If I were you I would:
1. Call the pharmacy to know if there is a dermatologist in Philadelphia who knows their cream and can prescribe it
2. Go to Philly by train
3. Go to the derm
4. Get the prescription from him/her if he thinks it is ok for you
5. Go to the pharmacy
6. Buy cream
7. Go back home

This is how I would do it but I understand I am very drastic and dramatic when it comes to possible cures and maybe you don't want to hop on a train to buy JAK inhibitors.

I'm ready for suicide. The school starts tomorrow and I'm terrified and paralized in public. I had the most beautiful hair in the world and now, I'm a monster . My life is ruined . So in these circumstances, I am ready to do anything.
