I went for my 6 month follow up today with my dermatologist and the news was split. My scalp looks good but when he did a close inspection he noticed that a lot of my hair is coming in much thinner and that the hair per follicle count is not as good as it was overall.

So I am wondering if I should add any other type of DHT blocker like a topical.

Also I have been toying with the thought of adding monoxide for a long time, my fear is I shed really badly last time and that was the start of my down hill fall.

Just a note I was not using minoxidil right. I was using it once a day and only 2%

So please let me know if you think it would be a good idea to add minoxidil and if so to the front and the back or just the back?

Any feed back would be good as I have been trying to decided for a long time. Below is a link to pic's of were i think i could use minoxidil.

Yeah, I've talked to you about minoxidil a little before, my results with it overall have been better than I expected. It's been about 6 months on 5% and my temples look really good and, even though i said its hard to tell how well its working on my diffuse, i do think its coming in thicker and fuller -- its just hard to tell. I'd say give it a shot though. I use 2ML per application, twice daily. I had an intial shed, wasnt too drastic, nothing really since then.
