1)Just dilute a required amount of water and pour it over your head slowly before u set out to soap yourself....then let it absorb...dont wash away but just towel your hair and u are done.
2)Spray prepare a solution and keep it with you all the time ,just spray it on your hair 2x a day...
And yes the above methods use 2% nizoral for better effieciency...
