Hello
I working on my regimen and things that i could add to it so i will put a question about it here and anybody that can help with something i will apperciate it really much
1. Biotin - i read that if i took 10,000 mcg per day it can make me acne , it true and someone tried it ?
2. Fish Oil - it help , and if not - there no side effects right ?
3. Vitamin D - it help?
4. Scalp massage and headstands
5. Nizoral - there side effects to can make the situation worse in use of 2-3 per week?
6. derma roller in the hairline (the thining area right now)
7. tips for diet with food that block dht and help grow healthier hair ?
my moto it- if it now make it worse , so why not take a chance
