Tiny Hair on Hairline & Temples: does it eventually turn into REAL hair?

I have had all these really tiny vellus hairs on my hair line for like a year while on finasteride... Since I've been on ru and 15% minoxidil, they have grown, maybe to like .25-.5 inch and have darkened up. If they turn into terminal hairs, I will run wild in the streets naked screaming hallelujah. Realistically, I doubt it though... miniaturized hairs at the hair line are super hard to regrow.

I've been having these small hairs for years. They most likely won't change and you'll probably lose most of them, which I did.

Realistically you shouldn't expect to regrow hairs on the hair line and you should expect to lose what has already started to thin there.

If you have thin temples when you start treatments, expect to lose those hairs.

Finasteride will stop your baldness form progress in most cases, but where it has already started it is likely not to keep.

That is why most people see their hair get a little worse over time but remain pretty much in tact.

I have the same but they are growing longer in patches, flowing out towards the temples from the widow's peak (imagine you sow grass seeds and they grow randomly after some time with some strands and some areas growing quicker and then eventually everything catches up). It is a very very slow process though taking years. Don't give up
