LOL....experianced poster... "what is Telogen Effluvium"....

telogen effluvium...stress induced hairloss? heard of it? and from the dudes pictures..i'd say the Doctor and the biopsy are right..he doesnt even have any hairline or temple recession..just diffuse thinning on front, vertex and sides...

i'm betting you have t.e. anyway..best of luck to you, eat well, excercise! and enjoy yourself like you said.

heres a little something from HLH ..might help with your t.e .

""In particular, no reliable treatment has yet been found for the treatment of telogen effluvium in humans. We have now made the surprising discovery that treatment with the essential amino acid lysine results in a substantial increase in hair growth in patients suffering from hair loss and in particular those suffering from telogen effluvium. Compositions for the treatment of hair loss are disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 5,470,876, U.S. 5,133,958, U.S. Pat. No. 5,122,369 and DE-A-3118882 which may contain lysine in combination with other ingredients. However, none of these documents discloses the use of L-lysine as an active principle in the prophylaxis or treatment of telogen effluvium. "" L-Lysene

try getting this amino acid L-Lysene..

and you mentioned thinner regrowing hair. since hair isnt miniturized by t.e , like i said t.e might've brought about an onset of male pattern baldness. if miniturization continues try giving minoxidil a go too.

arm yourself minoxidil and l-lysense..!

Hey, it sounds like you're getting things into balance! Congratulations on that! It's not a bad idea to grab your male pattern baldness/Telogen Effluvium by the balls and take charge!
