Time For A Transplant, Best Advice?

Hi guys, I live in the UK but I have read it’s best to travel abroad for a hair transplant. I’ve got recession of the hairline and thinning of crown, who is the best for this?

I’ve been looking into Dr ******** and Dr Feriduni so far. Some of these guys are really expensive can you advise who is best and if any others I am not aware of that offer equal quality in results?
