tight cap?

Hey guys...just hoping someone can help me out here. What is the name of those tight cap-like things that I occasionally see? They basically just appear to mold your scalp. Matt Damon wore one during the filming of the Project Greenlight last year and some people here speculated that he wore it to conceal a transplant.

Can anyone help me out here?
