You will get more information if you can get S. Foote and Bryan to argue about the surgical proceedure...
PS- if you can only find information on the proceedure (which was experimented with and abandoned 50 years ago) in dutch, what does that tell you? the dutch are breaking new ground, or that there is a doctor who speaks dutch who has a clinic and website and is willing to cut on your head and take your money?

apart from that, doctor proctor believes it works. why would he say this? he also said his colleague had success with it and he trusted him
apart from that, there's a bunch of guys on different foreign forums and old usenet who said it stopped their hairloss (without promoting any doctor in specific)
i dunno, it's hard to ignore man
obviously, it's unlikely to work: but i think it'd be foolish to pass up the remote possibility that it may for such a cheap price and a nice vacation to one of my favorite countries (I lived in Germany for 4 years).
