Thoughts on Regimen?

 Hello all! I'm a NW2 receding and thinning on the temples. I have been on Propecia and using Regenepure for two years and have had a definite improvement. Started minoxidil a few months ago at night and noticed a shed but no regrowth yet... hard keeping patient lol

I have thinned out alot the past few months and am considering starting the following regimen and would like anyone with experience to please give me their opinion:

Half Propecia tablet daily (found practically no sides with half in comparison to a whole tablet. However noticed thinning hair when I dropped to half a tablet six months ago)
Rogaine foam in morning then will apply Toppik
Restim Minoxidil liquid 5% (recommended by dermatologist) at night before bed with Folligen spray (after cleaning out Toppik)
Regenepure shampoo and conditioners every weekend
Nizoral 2% twice during the week (would it be better to wash it everyday?)
MSM and Biotin daily

Yes, you have a good regimen AussieM. :) The two most important treatments in your regimen is Finasteride and Minoxidil. The Ketoconazole in Regenepure DR is a good addition, don't have too high expectations for shampoos however. Nizoral 2% won't be needed, you can leave that one out. Biotin and MSM is good for hair but won't do anything to treat baldness itself.

Thankyou both for your reply!

Because I've read so much about the Big 3 I was wondering if I needed Nizoral or not. I know Regenepure also has Keto in it but no-one mentions Regenepure instead of nizoral for the Big 3. Would it be better to just use Regenepure two or three times a week?

I am unsure about starting Rogaine foam in the morning as I'm already self concious about the shed on my hairline temples and wonder if adding Rogaine will cause more shedding. I know in the long run it is probably better to also do the Rogaine. It's hard to decide when I have only really seen shedding from minoxidil but I understand it's a slow process :sulkoff: (these emoticons are great haha)

I'm also thinking of swapping off the Restim Minoxidil as it is really expensive, probably to Kirkland or Regaine (Regaine is available in Aus whilst Rogaine is not) liquid minoxidil. Hopefully this does not create more shedding.

What are your thoughts on 15% minoxidil and/or Azelaic Acid in the minoxidil? Worth using? I want to go full out to regrow the thinning parts of my hairline and maintain. Was considering a hair transplant but feel its too big a decision at 26
