Hi I'm 20 years old with pretty long hair.
Recently I noticed that I've been shedding hair.
Showering I would notice about 20 or so hairs falling out. On my pillow I would notice 5-8 strands of hair pretty much every day, sometimes there's none - depends if I washed my hair or not.
Also throughout the day I would get single strands of hair falling and clinging to my face. Average about 3-5
I also use heat on my hair a lot ( I curl it with a curler), and I use products such as wax and hair spray. For about an entire year, I used heat on my hair non stop daily without conditioning it and heat protection. I have also dyed my hair once.
The thing I'm worried about is the top / crown of my head.
This is the only picture I have of the crown of my head when I was 16 years old.

These two pictures were taken 5 months ago. They were taking pretty far away, I had to zoom in.
This was taken this month. The first picture my hair was wet, straight out of the shower.
And this is the final pic I took literally today from straight overhead.
What do you guys think?
