MSM

I've been taking MSM for about two months. My fingernails are growing at an astonishing rate, but I haven't noticed any changes in my hair.

I am not positive becaues my hair is longer, but I think it is making it grow a bit faster, either way it does not matter because about 2 years ago I had knee surgery and have had the usualy aches and pains ever since. Since taking the MSM the small aches and pains that used to come when standing too long or after the gym have seemed to disappear.

I've been thinking of trying this stuff. Hell why not if it'll help with joints too.

MSM is good for joints but Glucosamine is the big daddy. You can get combo tablets with both.

I was just rummaging through our vitamin shelf and found MSM/Glucosamine. My woman told me it's for our dog. He's an agility competitor and it's supposed to be great for their joints too.
