How annoying! I'm asking this again...
The past year and a bit I have been keenly obeying the directions on the bottle saying I should wait until my hair is totally dry before applying my 2ml of 7% minoxidil liquid. Recently, upon adding 1ml of Regaine 5% liquid every morning, I have been wetting my hair slightly before applying it... then massaging it into my hair and styling for work / my day. I find if I don't wet the hair I don't seem to cover all of my scalp with the liquid (1ml doesn't seem enough) and I find the hair to be unmanageable and won't lie the way I want it to.
Is is such a bad thing to have damp or wet hair when applying minoxidil? What about straight after a shower? Why do they specifically say it needs to be on dry hair / scalp?
I could google these things in a flash, but really trust the people on this forum a lot more with questions like this...
