completed 8 months on 1mg propecia daily... have been shedding throughout this time. during the first 6 months i lost alot of hair from the back of my head close to the nape region..i'm diffuse thinning so theres no bald spot, just alot of thinning to the extent that i cant style my hair anymore. Hair is around 4" in length..any shorter and it doesnt look good anyway so buzzing isnt an option.
what i dont get is..right towards the starting of the 8th month..for exactly one week, i didnt shed a single hair when washing...exactly after one week, i've started losing hair from the nape area again, i guess i should call it a shed considering everytime i pull right at the corner hairline in the back i end up with 3-4 hair....
this hair that i get from the nape is extremely thin...anybody know a reason for this?.. why's the hair on the nape of my neck the first to go vellus?.. am i actually thinning in this weird pattern or like somone once told me the most vellus hairs on the head are at the nape to begin with?..is that true?..
and is there such a thing as an 8th month shed or is this damn finasteride not doing anything at all..since my hairs been thinning for 8 months straight i doubt its done jack.
