Thinning Scalp With Flaky Scalp, Please Help

Hi, so I have been thinning on my scalp for around 2 years now, I also have dandruff. It is not receding but thinning on the top and kind of spreading out. My scalp is now becoming visible but also incredibly itchy. When I run a comb through my hair/scalp, flakes come out with lots of hair attached (see photo). I have tried nizoral, vosene, t-gel, e45 scalp shampoo, etc etc but nothing is working. I am going to book an appointment with the dermatologist but in the meantime I just wondered if anybody else has had this or has any advice? Thanks.

No I have no I am sorry. Wonder if they could prescribe a topical steroid or an eczema cream for your scalp. I am sorry you are going through that. Hopefully once the severe dandruff resolves, the hair will start regrowing again.
