Thinning all over

After taking accutane my hair has thinned all over (not in the Norwood areas, also at the sides and back).
My derm told me my hair would be normal again in up to a year.
Is there anything I can do to accelerate the process of my hair turning back to normal?

I would suggest a healthy diet and exercise plus a good multi-vitamin (Centrum is one of the best) and MSM supplements and maybe Biotin supplements.

For MSM to be effective you need to take between 3000-6000mg a day - which can get expensive.
