This time it was Shunfa. I had read previous feedback about their shedding pieces as well as the odd positive one so I took a chance.
Unfortunately, the piece had a density of 120% (90% requested) and has been shedding like crazy. I have decided to remove some of the hair using the technique in this video before sealing the knots.
It may be helpful for anyone else in a similar situation rather than thinning with a razor or scissors as this is another option.
I will revert back to my UK supplier though for my next piece!!
