Prox-N works wells but it is expensive to keep up with especially if you're covering you're scalp in a NW5A-NW6 area. I tried folligen but it burned the hell out of my scalp even diluted so my question is if I use Tricomin once a day should I expect a shed from switching and anyone seen it last.

I've just switched from Tricomin to Prox-N. Tric is also pretty expensive but probably last a bit longer if you use it once a day.

I only put Prox-N on at my crown area and a little bit at the temples and then rub it in with my fingers. This way hopefully I'm not wasting it.

as for whether there'll be a shed - it's impossible to know. If you've had noticable sheds from products in the past then you might experience it when switching between products.
