Thinking Of Dumping The Piece/ Heat Loss?

I was wondering if there is anything to consider when getting rid of a piece. When my buddy shaved his head he got sick with pneumonia. Not sure if it was a coincidence or something to do with heat loss out of the head?

Erm, no. Pneumonia, normally bacterial or viral, and on occasion chemical.
