Think I need to start on minoxidil

Taking finasteride for a year and spironolactone since March, still losing ground at the temples/hairline, although it's reduced shedding, and probably slowed it down.

I guess I need to try minoxidil.

Anything I should need to know first, I never shedded on finasteride, but should I expect major sheds from minoxidil?

Also, what's the best conc./brand to start with, and how long a gap do I need to leave between applying spironolactone and Minoxidil?

Thanks.

Cosmetically, I have read that Dr. Lee's minoxidil is the most friendly and I thought Rogaine foam was well. I personally use a Kirkland-like one as it's cheaper in the long run. As for sheds, I had a major shed within the first month but my hair looked better around the third or 4th month.

Cool. When you say 'major shed', did it actually make your hair look worse overall, or did you just notice a lot of shedded hairs?

I would say my hair looked noticeably thinner
