Hello guys,
I really need your help desperately. I stopped using propecia a long time ago because I stupidly thought that my case is not genetic, so I was out of propecia for about two years(after I took propecia for more than a year) and recently I started to notice that my temples(both sides) further receded, my hair became very thin and less dense..it's very clear that I lost a certain amount of hair on the frontal. after showers I getting freaked out because I can see my scalp very clearly which I haven't before.
As a result of that, I returned to propecia but unfortunately(bad luck..) after a month I'd to stop propecia because I developed a medical problem which might be related to the drug. I was very panic at the moment my herbalist told me to stop the drug for at least 3 months or even permanently, so I immediately searched for alternatives. the first thing I bought is Minoxidil 5%(Kirkland) which I'm now using for over 2 weeks(can see a minor improvement), also I shampooing my hair with Revivogen every day(due to the anti-DHT extracts: azelaic acid & saw palmetto) and Nizoral twice a week + oral multivitamin pill(roots HR).
But I know that all of that will not give me the ultimate results without any real & effective anti-DHT ingredients. so here I really need your advice guys, I looked all over for anti-DHT products but I find it hard to understand which I can combine with my Minoxidil foam(I prefer to stay with the foam but I'll change to liquid if that's the only good solution) I saw all kind of products like: S5 cream, minoxidil+azelaic acid(DualGen etc.), Lipogaine(but not it's without azelaic acid) etc..
I just don't know what will be the best to combine with my minoxidil treatment and how..or maybe should I buy a pre-combined formula without the mess of mixing all together..
BTW, if i'll buy the 15% minoxidil will it be too strong and messy? because currently the 5% minoxidil(kirkland) is pretty messy on the hair when it's dry..
Thank you very much guys in advance!
Your help is very very appreciated!
