Thin crown area on new unit. Is this normal?

Had a new system fitted recently and noticed the crown area is really thin. Is this normal or is it a defective unit?

Wasn't there just a thread on this? The crown is always thinner. So it looks normal It will look differently on your head.

Yep it’s Helios. I’ve ordered this same unit before and it wasn’t as thin in the crown area. I feel like the crown area will just shed really quickly since it’s so thin. How can I prevent this

I don't know if this is option for you, if you have spare system or not..but contact lavivid and tell them you will be liking to add more hair to crown and you can send piece to Pasadena CA and they will add more to crown. Lavivid tell me this take 4 or 5 weeks though, can you wear old unit while you wait for more hairs to crown?
