What does anyone use to thicken up the hair before going out?
Mousse,gel, hairspray and what brand?
Need some advice???

I don't know about hair thickening styling products so I can't help you there. However, there are many good hair thickening shampoos and conditioners out there that you might look into. Among the three shampoos I cycle between, one of them is a thickening shampoo. It is Redken's "Headstrong" shampoo and conditioner that is supposed to enhance thickening.

I imagine that a thickening shampoo might be a bit subtle for what you are asking for. If you want a more immediate effect, perhaps toppik or couvre might be what you are looking for?

If their was such a thing you would see it in everyone's regimen.

But as stated above, there are a few shampoo's that help.
