Thicken my hair

hello,
im very thining at the crown and my vertex but i got alot of thin hair and thinny new hairs.
im curretnly using finasteride and minoxidil 5%.

i wanna know if there is anything else i can use to thick my hair?
i think it would changed alot.

natural or medicine ....im open to hear.
