there is nothing left on my head

hey guys
ive been on finasteride for about 6-7 months. There have been a couple of weeks in the middle where i stopped losing alot of hair. for the rest of the time i was losing small dead hairs which i thought was normal based on what finasteride is supposed to do.

for the past week or so however im losing super thick healthy hairs. and im losing 100-150 hairs aday. Im losing hair out the ***, its not only on the top anymore, the sides are shedding too. and its alot of healthy hairs.there is almost nothing left in my head anymore im on the verge of a breakdown what do you guys suggest?

Note: my scalp itching has completely gone away in the past two months. i had this itch ever since my hair loss started when i was 18.

what have you changed that would cause the shed? when did you start on the fincar and where did you get it from?

im using my sisters "smooth" shampoo. but how could that destroy my hair?

I initially got my finasteride from walmart and kept it in a moist environment which is not good for it. now i use fincar from inhouse which i think is working since my itch is gone, but my hair is going with the itch hehe
