Has anyone see the commercial Scalp Med? The commercial is chalk full of before and afters pictures set with music that builds and builds. Then there are folks with testimonials. Well it turns out that it is nothing more that a remixed solution with minoxidil. In fact and compliments to the poster Condomguy:
"Active Ingredient: Minoxodil 5%
Inactive Ingredient : Alcohol 30%, Propylene 50%, Purified water
Expeditor/Nutrisol - Rm:
Deionized water, Glycerol, Polysorbate-80, Retinol
Sabal Serrulata, Beta-sitosterol, Panthenol, Cystine, Biotin, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylparaben
There you have it. The active ingredient is 5% minoxidil folks."
And that is what we deal with everyday in hair transplant... a remix of claims of the same old thing. It is dis-heartening.
