I know that estrogen promotes hair growth,that's why AA's work because we increase estorgen.Also during pregnancy women's hair much more thicker and healthier.But i heard that older men actually have higher estrogen levels than postmenopausal women. But then why do we still loose hair?

The study shows that androgen deficient women with hair loss treated with testosterone have increased hair growth.Maybe the cruical part is balancing T:E ratio ? Maybe that's why we still loose hair as we age ? What do you think ?
