Anybody else ever thought about how the act of applying topicals is probably a recipe for inducing dizziness and anxiety in itself?

- You're holding your arms above your head for quite a long time (if you've ever been challenged to hold your arms out straight for a long time or for example tried painting something high up on a wall, you should know that this is a lot harder than you'd naturally think).
- You're concentrating so could be holding your breath/not breathing naturally.
- You may have just got out of a hot shower and/or be in a hot room -> light headedness
- You're anxious about what you're doing, stressed about your hairloss and the idea you're doing something secretive to fix it.
- It may also be one of the few times a day you let yourself see your hair at its worst which could be a source of distress in itself (whether conscious or subconscious).
- Also an obvious one, paranoia about side-effects you've read about online

Wonder how many people who say they apply a topical and then immediately feel dizzy/anxious are really just suffering from the above.
