I think one of the problems with balding is a fact that you lose opportunities to style your head, which is a very disturbing problem, if hair were complimenting your style or you belong to a subculture, many of which have hairdressing rules. Although i sport a very short buzzcut (3mm), I think that there should be more acceptance for horseshoe hairstyles, like skullet or slick back horseshoe, or NW6 ponytail etc. Then, I think people would be at least happy to have an opportunity with whatever they have left
