The Future Of Hair Transplants (50 Years)?

Interesting threads about the future of baldness at the minute. To take a different angle- let's assume some creative conjecture.

The year is 2067.
Where do you imagine we will be with hair transplants. Do you think stem cells will be more involved? Do you think they will be able to perform it without any scarring? What about a fuller head of hair from more successful grafting? Or indeed, will there be something replacing them entirely?

VR is growing so fast that in 50 years we might basically live half of our lives in the form of computer avatars. At that point... you might have the body you prefer, hair included.

I would think transplants will be mostly done by robots.

I would guess that they would minimize the shock growth.

They will be cheaper with artists doing them, rather than shaky hand, pocket open doctors. Or robots.
