Not me, I feel like I shed every other month or so! But, after going through the sheds, and realizing that none of these sheds ever really did any 'damage' to my hairline or thickness and that my hairline continued to improve, they don't bother me anymore.
In fact, I don't pay attention to it anymore and haven't 'noticed' any shedding in a while. I know I have shed hairs, but it just doesn't invoke the same anxiety that I had back when I was a newbie. I think that people suffering from male pattern baldness are hyper-sensitive to sheds and worry about it too much. When you stop paying attention to each and every shed hair you see and just relax and have confidence in your regimen, you stop noticing it. Despite the sheds, my hair continues to improve. That's just my opinion.
