So what exactly is that tingling sensation you get in the worst effected areas of male pattern baldness. I've been on proscar for a while now , shouldn't these sensations be going away since I am reducing the DHT in my body? It just makes no sense to me?

Also , what is the significance of whether or not the hair has a white tip (bulb or whatever) on the end of it? What is that bulb and If it is lost does that mean it will never be replaced as the bulb is missing?

And another question... Is it bad to wash your hair each and every day to give your hair that volume you so eagerly want? I'm afraid of my hair drying out and not being able to replenish the hair follicles of their nutrition..

The tingling sensation is inflammation. Propecia is not guaranteed to get rid of it, all of our bodies are different.

I wash my hair nearly everyday and I do not believe that it is detrimental to hair as long as it is a gentle shampoo. Sometime the harsh cleansers in shampoos can make the scalp inflammation worse.
