I'm sure I'm going to be ridiculed for this question but here goes... I'm 32 and I'm REALLY feeling the effects of lowered testosterone levels in a major way. Lower energy levels (and yes I take multivitamins daily) etc... I'm just wondering if I implement a testosterone supplement in my regimen, will I be losing ground on my hair treatment? Below is my regimen. Love to here from experienced poster on this one... On a side question, is it ok(recommended) to use shampoo twice a day on my regimen?

------------------------------------------------------
1) 1 mg Finesteride Daily
2) GenHair's - Minoxidil Ultra Strong 15% w/ Azelaic Acid 5% (Bedtime)
3) GenHair's - Minoxidil 5% w/ Azelaic Acid 5%, Green Tea Extract 1.5%, Finasteride .25% (Mornings)
4) Folligen Spray (twice daily)
5) Nizoral 1%, (every three days)
6) American Crew Revitalizing Daily Conditioner
7) Dr Proctor's Hair Formula Shampoo(Generic Nano)
8) Shaklee 'Vita-Lea' MultiVitamin
9) Lots of water and exercise

finasteride isnt causing you to have lower testosterone man.

if anything you have more.

maybe it's just because your getting older?

get your testosterone level checked by a doctor, its not possible finasteride can do this, but it can happen naturally even at 32

i have naturally low testosterone, im not on finasteride, im 32 also, trouble is i could go a testosterone suppliment/drug,my doctor says im a candidate for it, but i dont as im worried about the extra testosterone converting to dht, making my hairloss worse

go and get your test checked by your doctor, low energy could be just depression, but low energy is defiantly a symptom of low test, but many other things also.
