Terrible Part and Thinning on top of Head

I’m a 19 yo guy (20 in 2 months). I noticed this months ago but I never thought to take progress pics for some reason. I don’t know what sparked it(probably a post online) but I randomly decided to look. I’m pretty sure this is really bad male pattern baldness right? My part looks wider than a normal persons would, and my hairline looks kinda bad. On the pics where you see I’m pulling my hair back a little you can see what appears to be thinning.

The last picture the TOP OF MY HEAD LOOKS AWFUL. I decided to try and see what the top of my head would look life i I tried to (half ***) part it on another side and it doesn’t look very promising.

I can never find a guy with a similar looking part as me, only girls, but I’m assuming it’s just cause of long hair.

Terrible diet
Weight loss journey
Recent stress
Hair loss in shower doesn’t seem too abnormal considering I rarely brush, but I might just not pay attention enough

On my moms side both of my uncles have hair loss. I think one of my male cousins(related because of my aunt) does too based off Facebook photos, looks like he’s hiding his hairline with a hat. Also, sometimes I look at my brother (17) and think it looks like his hairline is going, even a few years ago when he was like 15 or 16.

Sorry if some of the angles look blurry but I tried my best. Thanks for any replies. I’m heavily considering going to see a dermatologist
