Temple Responders

I've been on liquid minoxidil for a little more than 2 months and have recently added foam for my morning application about 2 and a half weeks ago. Just wanted to see if anyone else noticed vellus hairs sprouting up on one temple before the other one. In the last 3 weeks I've noticed numerous little vellus hairs on my left temple while my right temple has barely shown any regrowth. Another strange thing is that I've had a handful of terminal hairs pop up on my right temple about an inch below my hairline, anyone else experience anything like this? They look really out of place but I find it promising since there hasn't been hair on that area of my temple in at least 3 or 4 years. I've also been using nizoral for 3 weeks and I just started finasteride a week ago.

I have had the best regrowth at my temples.

How long did it take for vellus hairs to go terminal? Also, did you have any terminal hairs come out without having gone through the vellus stage?

I had a ton of vellus hairs sprout since about 1 month in... most are still vellus at 8 months but maybe 1/8" long now. A
few further back, maybe 5 or so, have turned dark and are now long hairs.

I'm having a varied response. On one of my temples I must have nearly 100 vellus hairs sprouting up and slowly getting longer. But on the other temple I'm not seeing much in terms of vellus growth, but I've had about 5 what appear to be terminal hairs sprout up an inch or so below my naturally receded hairline. Has anyone out there had terminal hairs pop up like this? I'm hoping this means that the follicles in those areas are still alive.

Yea... that is what I was trying to describe but did not make it very clear. I have new
terminal hairs in front of the receded hairline in an area that was totally bald for 10 plus
years. Somehow those few hairs are responding to something.

ive only had a few stray terminals sprout, some vellus. but i feel like it's thickening up the surrounding hair and maintaining enough to avoid the dreaded "island" effect

it took at least 5 months for the vellus to turn terminal on the temples for me - however even those terminal hairs aren't as thick as the hair that isn't affected by male pattern baldness.

The vellus hairs that popped up on my right temple are growing very fast and getting longer. Too bad my other temple hasn't responded as well with the exception of the five or so terminal hairs that popped up about an inch below my hairline.
