Temple Hair Issue, Anyone In My Same Position? Recovered?

Would love to know if there is anyone with my same situation and what you have done to restore your hair or what you are doing to try to maintain it successfully?

My issue is with temples, otherwise have full head of hair.

Already using Finastride (Over 1 year) minoxidil for 2 years.
Maybe I am going through a shed after a long time as temple is at worst point it's even been, even when I do sweep over which I've been doing for past 2 years, even then my temple is able to be noticed.

Surviving on Caboki hair fibres to cover it up on a daily basis at the moment

Some surgeons say to my no to hair transplant as I still have full head of hair.
Some say to do a light therapy/dermaroll treatment.

Anyone in the same shoes or was in the same position and you did recover from this and what path did you go with?

Your hair isn't that bad. Sorry can't offer too much advice, keep taking finasteride and hope it gets better. I'm sure others on here will have a better answer . But don't stress too much your hair honestly isn't that bad.

It's really hard for me to accept my temples looking like that.

I've looked into some other options, one option is these guys that have good reviews:

UK Based - they told me no need for transplant coz full head of hair, Dermarolling treatment they do, with light therapy and scalp massage will improve it, they charge 1500GBP for that treatment.

Some transplant doctor's have suggested for approx 2000-3000GBP a hair transplant just for temples
