Upadate:Shedding loads of intermediate regrowths from all over the top of my head and also at the back of my head above my neck.they are 2.5cm-5cm long.Hopefully these are shedding to grow into terminals as hair from the back does not minaturize

Dude, mostly nutritional: low sugar, low gluten, MSM, and my secret weapon, a B12 supplement with b6, biotin, and folic acid. My hairloss is pretty extreme, just trying to maintain, so I'm not the best guy to ask this question.

Shedding so much it's been 8 months and it's not stopping I've lost around 70 percent I don't know what to do

Does your head get bumpy and itchy when you go through a shed?

Mine did, and it wasn't the "male pattern baldness itch" because there were sores there. Nizoral 3 times a week has helped tremendously. I find that after a night of drinking my head gets a bit itchier too, perhaps it creates more sebum. I went out bowling and drinking last night and I'm getting a bit of an itchy shed myself.

Well Ive been going through the shed for a full 8 months, it did use to itch to the point my scalp will bleed but that stopped like 2 months ago it hardly itches

After 9 months my shed finally stopped again hopefully it lasts I am seeing thick regrowth

Once again after two weeks of slowdown In shed It has started back up again. Most messed up sh*t ever.

Well it can run through female members so it doesn't actually mean anything. But I can celarly see that you have thick hair in the NW7 safe area and thinning temple points very deeply as well as thinning top. That is not Telogen Effluvium for sure
