telogen : anagen ratio ratio to be 7:2

hi,
recently i underwent a test which diagonised my telogen : anagen ratio ratio to be 7:2 which
is totally abnormal.The normal ration is of telogen : anagen ratio ratio to be 1:9.
Also my pH was found to be very less.

Are these conditions reversible?
Could the hair lost due to these factors be regained atleast to an extent?

I'm guessing a doctor did the testing for you. Didnt he give you any ideas on how to reverse your situation?

From what I've read Telogen Effluvium is supposed to go away with a proper diet, and plenty of sleep.

I would be interested in having some tests done so anymore info on the testing would be appreciated.

I had the tests done back when i was in india. i had to move to new country in the meanwhile so havent been treated for it yet. Planning to consult a doctor again. Will update once I get any new info. Anyone else who has faced the same situation kindly keep me posted .It would be a great help.
