Tell me how to save this for the next 2 years

I just buzzed my hair. Luckily my hairline wasn't as bad as I had suspected, although it's still not good. This is what my brother looked like a year or so ago, and now he's a solid norwood 3.

I want to keep this hairline/amount of hair (or more if rogaine works) for the next two years, when I'll be old enough to start propecia. What do you suggest I do?
