Hello all!

I’m a 19 y/o male who over the summer and fall experienced a lot of shedding and diffuse thinning, specifically in where my hair parts. Went from the appearance of full hair to noticeable thinning in a span of two-three months. During this time there was also increased shedding from other parts of body (eyebrow, etc.) Over the last few weeks though I have noticed the shedding has decreased significantly, only a few hairs in the shower, none on pillow, none on desk/computer. The parts in the part also appear to be growing back some hair. My question is what does this mean? What could have caused the shedding/thinning? Thanks!

You're coping. You've joined back in July; certainly this isn't your first hair loss situation.
You want to convince yourself... Let me rephrase that... You want others to confirm what you're already convinced about, without seeking the proper consultation advice from experts. You're losing you hair aggressively is what I read, also the thinning has become apparent to you in 2-3months. Your perception of time is late to the ongoing thinning that you just didn't notice up until the last several months.

It’s only going to get worse a Telogen Effluvium will add 10 years to normal male pattern baldness.
