Taking propecia same time of day?

What is the daily time difference that you must be within for propecia to be effective? It says take it at the same time everyday, but the best I can usually do is get it within a 2 hour time window in the morning.

Also, I've read that you should drink a glass of water when taking it, is this true?

It makes no difference...they just say that say you get into the habbit of taking it every day. You're less likely to forget if you take it at the same time.
