For a number of reasons I’d suggest the supplement I mentioned in the other thread.

Adex is overkill and terrible for libido, joints etc. Why do you need such an extreme approach?

If you’re gonna want a prescription AI at least go with Aromasin, that’s far better from a health perspective than Adex.

id get advise from a doctor, but personally id never treat the sides of one drug with another one. Each one just brings a lot of new sides of its own is it really worth it vs just dealing with the original sides?

We have already discussed it a number of times, Michel Sapin, that Tamoxifen is enough to treat and prevent gynecomastia, which is your primary concern.
Trust me, Anastrozole and other aromatase inhibitors are not good for your bones. Your bones need estrogens and your brain needs aromatase.
Please reconsider about using Tamoxifen. It's good for your gynecomastia as well as for your bones and brain. At least, you won't risk yourself to osteoporosis and cognitive dysfunction that way.

If using an SERM, and I don’t see it as being necessary as there are plenty of supplements which can control estrogen, then I’d go with Evista or Fareston over tamoxifen.

@Athlete1987 ; what would you recommend me , given the fact that i got gyno with fina , but fina is not enough to protect my hair so i need to take duta . But it will worsen even more the gyno
and if i get surgery it can come back if duta cause it

Thought you got raloxifene from evo? Haven’t you used it?

Aromasin is better than arimidex as mentioned. It tends to have a way lower rebound effect once tapering off. Take one or the other at an adequate dose and once the gyno subsides I would stop the AI and get on tamoxifen, then taper off the tamoxifen. None of these should be used long term however. And tbh if your gyno is mild, your better off to just deal with it.

I wouldn't recommend it but if you are going to do it try microdosing adex. too low estrogen will not only be bad for your hair but also is bad for joints, bones, libido etc, as mentioned by others

Gyno will never come back if you have surgery for it

Look into Tamoxifen and Raloxifene, they both prevent estrogen from binding to the receptors without lowering your estrogen levels at all. Very popular among body builders that stuff.

Take this take that blahbahnlah.
First off Evista alone or tamoxifen alone won’t do sh*t for your gyno.
You’re very sensitive to DHT deprivation. And they’re not long term solutions either, they can build up toxicity. Also your body will have too much estrogen too for those to work effectively anyways. And even if they did work your gyno will rebound as soon as you come off of it.

Two, surgery will not prevent reoccurrence of future gyno if part of the gland still remains. Which normally they do keep some of it in surgery

I’ve been on dutasteride since July. 7 months?
Lemme have a quick laugh at the kids trying to microdose finasteride.
AHAHAHAHA.
Been taking 0.5mg Duta everyday with Rogaine and still lost hair on temples a bit, tho it did a good job on my crown area.
So pls don’t microdose sh*t rofl. Ain’t gonna work FYI.
What I’ve been doing, since yes I did form a small gyno(didn’t think I’d be part of that “2%” with gyno side effects LUL), was take 1 pill of 2.5mg letrozole every 9 days to control my estrogen levels. Gyno hasn’t increased and hasn’t bothered me since. And I have no other side effects from either dutas or letro. I’m as healthy as can be. Lol@the kids saying it’ll damage your bones. You’ve got an ocean of estrogen flowing around. 1 pilll letrozole every 9 days is appropriate to deal with it.
I tried evista alone while on Dutas and the gyno grew to my surprise. Simply wasn’t enough to control it with high estrogen levels.

1 pill every 9 days is also much much cheaper than whatever else you’ll be using. So there’s that too. Letrozole is pretty damn effective. Best option for you right now.
Just don’t take it too often, see what your body balance is.

yes i was thinking about letrozole , but isn't it too dangerous on the long term?

no. only dangerous if you take it too often aka bigger doses.
0.27mg everyday isn't sh*t.
it's only dangerous when you're deprived of estrogen for too long.
all were doing here is lowering it enough not to exceed the T/E balance and wreck you with gyno.
