Ive been using nizoral 1% for about 8 months now and it still works effectively, but recently my scalp quicjly gets flaky and i guess a little greasy a short time after using it. When i first started it left my scalp feelin clean all day. i Miss that. Anyone think that if i get script for 2% it will help my scalp stay cleaner better/longer? I also use t/sal along with the nizoral.

It makes no difference whether you use 1% or 2%. They did clinical studies on both and the results were practically identical.

thanx, did you orinally use the 1% Maint. then make the switch to find your scalp felt irritation free again? I just dont wanna waste money on a Doctor. appt. and script if there is really gonna be barely a difference

Basically, I originally bought 2% b'c I had the idea that it would work better. Then when I became better educated about the subject, I just bought 1% again. They two seem to be equally effective for me.

You can order it from CanadianPharmacy without a perscription. That's what I did. In Canada, no prescription needed to purchase 2%
