Hey, new here, 39 yr old, have had 5 painful procedures since I was 28. Always tried to stay ahead of the loss with surgeries, with pretty good results. I will post photos soon. Anyway going to try this new regimen. I want to add an internal but not sure If I should go finasteride or dutasteride? Whats the concensus on which is better?

I think of it this way too. finasteride first for sure. finasteride gave me 7 successful years, however I have finally switched to the last resort. Hopefully this keeps me going until the new last resort comes out!
