I've been using 0.5mg dutasteride ED and 100mg RU in 1.5ml KB solution ED for 4 months now. I've also been using Regaine foam twice ED and Revita shampoo ED for many years.
Prior to this, I took 1.25mg finasteride ED for a year and the results were very disappointing.
My new regime has dramatically slowed the recession of my temples down; however, they continue to very slowly creep back.
I'm really keen to stop the receding once and for all. I'm not sure why dutasteride + RU hasn't quite managed this. One theory I've had is that I'm not letting the RU penetrate my skin well enough; since I use RU in KB, which creates a film on your scalp that prevents anything else going in, I have to apply RU after 2 applications of minoxidil. By this point, my scalp has begun to produce sebum, plus it's covered in remnants of minxodil, both of which would lessen the extent to which RU penetrates my scalp.
As a result, I'd like to switch to using RU in Neogenic. Providing this doesn't create a film on your scalp, I could use it before minoxidil, rather than after.
So, to anyone using RU in Neogenic -
a) Should I continue to use 100mg of RU per application?
b) How many ml of Neogenic should I use per application? (I only use RU on my hairline)
c) Once I've mixed the RU and Neogenic, should I continue to use a pipette to apply it?
d) How do you store your Neogenic?
