I've been on finasteride for about 15 months and have seen some positive effects hair-wise. Just recently started getting some side effects. Maybe the sides are in my head, maybe not, but I've gotten kind of spooked. I'm thinking of weaning off the finasteride and going with spironolactone and revivogen topicals. Anyone have any thoughts on what I might expect? Can I keep my finasteride hair or no? Is the post-finasteride crash real or no?
