Is it bad to swim in a clorinated pool? I am going on vaca and really want to swim but am scared of the clorine and water. I am afraid all my hair will fall out.

I doubt it will affect your hair count. But it may make your hair look bad, which is why people with short hair (who get it cut often) don't mind swimming as much as people who have a foot of hair.

I don't know if it is bad for skin. If you can smell it, and it burns your eyes, I'd stay out. But if it does not burn your eyes, it should be fine.

Yeah, chlorine is kind of harsh on the hair, but it shouldn't cause hairloss if you use a decent shampoo after swimming.

I've been swimming for most of my life, and only until the last 2 years have I had hairloss. (The only 2 years of my life where I haven't competitively swam.)
