swaet and minoxidil

1.if i sweat let's say one hour aftter applied minoxidil. will minoxidil lose his affect
2.if i apply reatin-a at night i have to wash it in the morning ?
3.after how much time i can be sure that i don't allergic to minoxidil (puffy face,shedding,dizzy and all the other)
