Just a little bit of background...
My father is 58. His long term memory is fine, he can remember things from 20 years ago. However, his short term memory has deteriorated a lot in the last few years. He sometimes forgets things from the previous day (Not all the time).
Also, occasionally about once every two months, he'll completely space out, forget where he is, what he's doing, what he's done earlier etc.
He's had brain scans and docs say his brain is normal i.e. no signs of early onset of dementure/alzeinmers.
I've heard cod liver oil, ginko biloba etc. can help with memory.
Does anyone know is this is true, and if there's good supplement which incorperates all of the necessary ingredients?
I live in the UK if that affects availibility.
Thanks
